Highly acclaimed mixed use regeneration scheme specialist Lyons+Sleeman+ Hoare, is enjoying a fruitful relationship with outlet shopping village developer and operator Value Retail, having been awarded a project to design an extension to outlet shopping destination Bicester Village.

This exciting project includes the development of a new single deck car park (ground and first floor), which has facilitated using another part of the site to construct four new retail buildings, which will house a total of 30 new retail units.

A new pedestrian bridge, which is currently under development, will link the retail outlet with the new car park. Work on this first phase is complete and the car park is now open to the public, with the retail extension scheduled to be completed by summer 2008.

The scheme has been developed to ensure that the experience enjoyed by 1,000's of shoppers each day remains pleasurable. The overall budget for the build is estimated to be £19m.
