Inspirational masterplan for Telford town centre

Hark Group, in partnership with architect Benoy, has revealed a masterplan for Telford town centre designed to turn the successful shopping centre into a thriving mixed-use town centre, creating a new heart for Telford which will be known as The Round. Benoy's designs for The Round include improved retail opportunities across the site; leisure facilities located closer to the core of the town; new cafés and restaurants clustered around new public squares; the development of new office space; and a substantial number of new homes - all designed to turn the shopping centre into an active and well connected town centre with a vibrant evening economy.
