Low energy penthouse from Vivid Green

Vivid Green has launched its new Penthouse. Featuring a low impact, low energy design, which exceeds current Building Regulation Standards for insulation, the Penthouse creates a light, airy, stimulating space. Used year round, at minimal cost, it provides an inspiring space for an office, studio, recreational area or additional accommodation. Featuring a bespoke design principle that can be adapted in size and shape to suit any need, Vivid Green's Penthouse uses a five-sided timber frame to provide 10-50m2 of floor space. Structures are externally clad with timber over Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS), the core of which features HCFC-free Polyurethane foam, zero-rated for ozone depletion.
