Armour Home's Home Entertainment System specified for new apartments
The Systemline Modular Home Entertainment System from Armour Home has been specified for a new apartment development in Watford to help it stand heads and shoulders above competition in the area.
Valentines Homes' North West is an unusually shaped apartment block in the heart of Watford. Featuring 24 one and two bed contemporary styled apartments, North West offers buyers a variety of upgrading and customising options to help individualise apartments. One key option is a built-in sound system, courtesy of Armour Home.
Each North West apartment has been pre wired to take an Armour Home Systemline Modular multi room entertainment system. The key behind Systemline is that all the elements are built-in, so no ugly wires are ever seen; even the speakers are built into the ceiling, remaining exceptionally discreet. Occupants simply plug in their hi-fi, TV, MP3 player etc into a wall socket and listen to / view the contents in a chosen room.
Systemline on offer in North West starts from a basic system incorporating two in-ceiling amplified speakers in the lounge and a wall mounted iPod docking station (allowing residents to play their iPod through the system) operated by a remote control, to the top level option featuring additional speakers in the main bedroom, touch screen control and a 40" Widescreen HD ready LCD TV.
Valentines Homes specified Armour's Systemline for North West as it wanted this development to really stand out from other new builds in the area and provide it with a wow factor. It's certainly done that if the reaction is anything to go by, with the iPod docking system a particular hit with the men. According to Valentines Homes, it's also very affordable in terms of the pre-wiring and the finished system cost - home buyers are often pleasantly surprised.
North West has fitted a full Systemline system into one of its show homes to both demonstrate the system and to make visitors feel more welcomed - it helps give the show home an atmosphere which can be instantly adapted to the potential customer.
