Swish Building Products began manufacture of extruded cellular PVC products in 1976 and was one of the first companies in the world to successfully pioneer the technology.
Over the last 25 years Swish Building Products has played a leading role in the development of innovative new products and in the expansion of the PVC roofline and cladding market into mainstream specification.

Swish now stands as one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of cellular PVC profiles with a name that is known throughout the industry for quality and service. Swish is part of the Epwin Group, a highly successful, privately owned group of companies supplying low maintenance building products to the new build, social housing and domestic refurbishment markets.
Cellular PVC
Cellular PVC may be formed into light, strong, weather resistant boards that will not warp, flake, crack or peel and are therefore ideal long life replacements for traditional low-grade soft timber components.
Quality Manufacturing
Swish produces reliable, high quality products. In many cases its products have been adopted as industry standards – a true reflection of its commitment to manufacturing excellence. Milestone products include Cappit Board, GeePee board and the Jumbo range of load bearing replacement boards. Swish cellular PVC represents an environmentally responsible use of plastics. As recommended by the European Commission, Parliament and UK Government, Swish cellular PVC does not contain lead. Swish has used a non-lead stabiliser for more than a decade and is able to offer a proven guarantee against discolouration on its profiles. When eventually replaced they can be easily identified, and fully recycled.
