Best of British in Malaysia

When one of the Malaysia’s high profile businessmen wanted to enhance his home, he looked to the ‘best of British’ to achieve it, making it what is believed to be the first project of its kind in the Far Eastern nation. The favoured British method for home enhancement, the addition of a conservatory, was the solution, fabricated by Bolton based Rooftec. The brief to Rooftec was to design a 6.2 x 6.1m conservatory that would complement the aesthetics of the house. Rooftec’s solution was to create a hexagonal free-standing conservatory and glaze the roof elements with 10 sheets of 25mm Marlon ST Heat Guard Opal from Brett Martin.
