All-in-one solution for Porsche from Ward Insulated Panels

Ward Insulated Panels has teamed up with roofing contractor Cladanco to supply and install 750m² of Ward Topdek, an all-in-one single-ply insulated roofdeck, for the showroom of the new Porsche dealership on Manchester Road in Bolton. Ward Topdek is a factory pre-engineered composite roofdeck that facilitates faster on-site assembly. It comprises a high-performance single-ply PVC outer membrane integrally bonded to a FIREsafe rigid PIR insulation core approved to LPBC standards and a steel trapezoidal profile inner deck to provide structural strength. As the original all-in-one single-ply roofing solution, Topdek replaces the multi-stage process of laying steel decking, a vapour control layer, insulation and outer membrane with one simple installation which, compared to traditional built up roofing systems, is proving to be up to 50% faster to install.
