Our warranty is easy, as long as there is no mechanical damage caused to the cable and the installation is as per the installation manual then we will either repair or replace the faulty product. Hot Floors Underfloor Heating Mats and Cables are made in Europe in a BEAB and VDE approved factory to the European Standards. Our 160 watt heating mats are the only BEAB approved mats available online direct to the trade and public. They are also the only BEAB approved product of it's type in the UK. We include in our kits the only VDE approved thermostat on the market.
