Hot water cylinders from Therma Systems

Therma Systems offer a number of different hot water cylinder models:

POWERflow

POWERflow 2000 is an unvented mains pressure hot water system which brings greater flexibility, increased cost effectiveness and improved performance.

While in the old traditional open vented systems the pressure was provided by the head of water from the cold feed cistern, with the POWERflow 2000 it comes direct from the cold mains supply.

THERMflow

THERMflow cylinders work in the opposite way to a conventional system.
The storage cylinder that contains the primary water is fed by the feed & expansion tank and heated by either a boiler or immersion heaters. Mains pressure cold water passes through a specially designed heat exchanger, which draws its heat from the thermal store. This water passes through a thermostatic mixing valve where it is blended to the required temperature and supplies the hot outlets throughout the house. Additionally, when heated by a boiler, the THERMflow can use its thermal store of hot water for an almost instantaneous response when the space heating is required.

Solar Cylinders

Based around a highly efficient Heat Exchanger, Solar Cylinders can utilise the free energy from the sun or latent energy underground to give free piping hot water.

These cylinders are available in all standard sizes with a Single Solar Coil with immersion heater or as a ‘Dual Coil’ unit to allow the use of a central heating boiler to boost the pre-heated water in the cooler months.

FASTheat

Because of a highly efficient coil, a much smaller than normal cylinder can be used. This means that large quantities of hot water are not heated and wasted if not required. It also significantly reduces boiler cycling - leading to large savings on fuel bills and more satisfied customers.
