Titon's VENT-TREX, the UK's first overhead combined background and extract ventilator, is suitable for refurbishment projects in the public sector where replacement windows are being fitted and extract ventilation needs to be provided as good practice. VENT-TREX is unique in that it is located over the head of the window and is easily installed when the windows are being replaced. Substantial cost savings can be made, as unlike conventional wall mounted extract fans, VENT-TREX does not create any damage to the building fabric when it is fitted.
