Stannah install a Microlift for Quantum Research Group

A Stannah Microlift is helping the employees of Quantum Research Group transport its valuable high-tech components. Quantum, based in Southampton, is the leading supplier of capacitive touch controls. Its innovative touchpad navigation technologies are sold to a large number of blue chip customers and support a wide range of markets and applications. The ground floor of Quantum’s premises is dedicated to the heavy machinery required for the production of Quantum’s touch sensitive micro chips. The Stannah Microlift transports packaged micro controllers weighing 1-2 kg each from the ground floor to the stores on the first floor. The Microlift provides an efficient solution to the manual handing of small loads and improving health and safety issues relating to manual lifting of items.
